Wont open

My family farm seaside wont open it keeps on my the load screen and I enjoy playing the game and I dont want to lose my farm its been like that for two days please help fix this problem I really enjoy playing the farm and I dont want to lose my farm Im to far to start over if you want to contact me I have mail you can use.
