Loading game

It will not let me load game since last update.
I buy your products but cant use them, whats up? Also it want let me visit neighbors or go to seaside without kicking me off. Either refund what I have spent on this game or fix it, very simple I trusted yah or I wouldnt have invested time or money in the product. It seems to me I have been ripped off.
